Yibao,the English name is “EBO”. EBO is an application which supply use and control services of EBO robots provided by Enabot Technology (Shenzhen) Company Limited (hereinafter referred to as “We” or “EBO”). EBO attaches great importance to protection of your personal information and privacy. We will provide security measures for your personal information according to laws and mature security standards in the industry.

In order to provide you with EBO’s services and make you able to safely connect and manage intelligent devices, we may collect your information of Wi-Fi, location, account, mobile phone, intelligent device, and connection between EBO account and intelligent device. Such information will be used to provide you with intelligent device quick-connect, connect, discovering nearby devices, and device management.

When you use the Product, your EBO account information will be verified on EBO platform. When you share photos and videos to a third-party platform, they will be saved and processed there. When you use prompt services, photos and videos will be saved and processed on EBO platform. When you use cloud memory for videos, videos will be saved and processed on EBO platform, and this function need to be opened manually. When you use user feedback, then cell phone No., e-mail address and feedback contents that you provide will be uploaded to EBO platform to be saved and processed.

I. How do we collect and use your personal information

Personal information means various information in electronic or other forms which can identify the identity of certain natural person or reflect activities of the same independently or in combination with other information.

Sensitive personal information means personal information including ID card No., biological information, bank account, property information, track, trade information, and information of minors of or under 14.

We will only collect and use your personal information for the following purposes herein:

1. Sharing function

In order to share short videos and pictures by EBO, we need to have access to mobile phone memory and collect the following information: list of applications installed on the cell phone.

We will use your personal information in the following ways: check whether cell phones have been installed with relevant applications so as to ensure normal jump.

If you do not provide such information, EBO Application will not know whether the cell phone has installed relevant applications and cannot give you accurate prompts.

2. Public sharing function

In order to share real-time video, recorded video, warning video and warning information by EBO Robot, we need to have access to your camera so as to realize device sharing by scanning the QR code.

If you do not provide such information, EBO Robot Application cannot share devices to other users by scanning QR codes.

3. Location-based service

In order to judge the time zone of cameras so as to ensure that time and login place can be accurately shown in the device, we need to collect the following information: such as IP address, code of region/country, and system time.

We will use your personal information in the following ways: accurately show you the time, login region, and offline time on the device.

If you do not provide such information, EBO robot devices may show wrong time and time zone.

4. Add EBO robot devices

In order to realize simple operation of tying EBO Application to devices, we need to use data business and collect the following information: WLAN name, location, password, EBO account information (including portrait, nickname, and EBO ID), and device identifier.

We will use your personal information in the following ways: EBO Application will collect WLAN name and password when tying the device, and data will not be saved on local or cloud terminal and will only be used for the device’s entering into the network.

EBO Application will collect EBO ID of EBO account when logging in, and data will be saved on the cloud and used as the only identifier of the user;

EBO Application will collect portrait and nickname when logging in, and data will be saved on the phone and used for exhibition.

If you do not provide such information, EBO application will not find the device and connect it to the network for normal use.

5. Real-time video watching and conversation

In order to realize the function of real-time video watching and conversation, we need to use camera and microphone, and collect the following information: EBO ID of EBO account and device identifier.

If you do not provide such information, EBO application will not normally use the function of real-time video watching and conversation.

6. Taking photos and videos

In order to realize the function of taking photos and videos, we need to have access to your memory for saving screenshots and videos.

If you do not provide such information, EBO application will not normally use the function.

7. Online upgrade of devices

To keep optimizing the performance of products and providing new feature and service, we provide service of online device upgrading and irregularly publish new versions of software for the device. The following information need to be collected for realizing these functions: EBO ID of EBO account and device identifier.

If you do not provide such information, EBO Application cannot upgrade devices online.

8. Push Service

To send notification to users, we need to collect the following information: EBO ID of EBO account, device identifier, and warning video of the device. The collection of such information aims to remind you of important information by prompt.

Our products integrate Umeng+SKD and Umeng+SDK collection (IMEI/Mac/Android ID/IDFA/OPENUD ID/GUID, SD card and IMSI information) to mark the device uniquely so as to send prompt information to target devices. Location information is collected to distinguish prompt channels and expand coverage of prompt.

We will use your personal information in the following ways: send important notification such as those on device abnormality, warnings, prompts you chose (details are up to the situation of the device you purchase), modification of our terms and conditions, and policies. The notification data of cameras will only be transmitted on the cloud but not saved there.

If you do not provide such information, you will not receive important notification of the device and dynamic prompts.

9. Users’ feedback

In order to realize the function of online feedback of existing problems of EBO Application, we need to collect the following information: cell phone No. and e-mail address, which are collected to contact you later to know whether problems are solved completely or to collect other necessary information.

We will use your personal information in the following ways: only feedback positioning and resolution of problems, not for exhibition of personal information or promotion of commercial advertisements.

If you do not provide such information, we cannot effectively position and solve problems you feedback.

II. Exploitation of device permission

Location permission: when you add devices, you need to open the permission so that we can receive Wi-Fi information and add the device. If you do not open the permission, EBO will not be found and it cannot be connected to the network for normal use.

Modification or deletion contents of SD card: when you use the function of taking photos or videos, you need to open the permission so that we can save pictures and videos taken. If you close the permission, the function of taking photos and videos will be affected.

Sound recording: when you use the function of real-time videos, you need to open the permission so as to realize the connection of audio and video and data transmission. If you close the permission, the function of real-time videos will be affected.

Searching accounts on the device: when you login and exit the account, you need to open the permission so that we can receive login information of the account to finish the login or exit. If you close the permission, normal use will be affected.

Access to cell phone situation and identity: you need to login EBO account before you use the application, you need to open the permission so as to finish account login and verification. If you close the permission, the account cannot be logged in and the application cannot be used.

You can visit “set up” of the system at any time to manage the permission of the application.

III. Manage your data

When you use EBO Application, in order to conveniently have access to, amend, and delete your personal information and ensure your right to revoke the consent to use your personal information, we provide corresponding operation set up in the products. You can operate by reference to the following guidance. Please refer to operation guidance of products for details.

(1) Access to personal information

You can click “my” of the navigation located at the bottom of the application, enter into the page of personal center and have access to personal information such as nickname, portrait, and account No.

You can enter into the page of “Device Card” to check information of the device tied, including name, set up of device, robot type, hardware version, MAC address, serial number, and network information.

You can check local pictures and videos saved in SD card as well as warning at “Media Documents” of the application.

(2) Deletion of personal information

You can delete the device information by untying cameras at the “set up” page of the application.

IV. Place and period of saving data

(1) Place of saving data

Personal information collected and generated hereunder will be saved on the system server.

(2) Period of saving data

We will keep your personal information only for period necessary for realizing the purpose and will delete or anonymize your personal information when such period expires, unless otherwise prescribed by laws and regulations.

Local data in the cell phone: when you uninstall EBO Robot application or delete data of it, such data will be removed from the cell phone.

In addition, when the operation of our products or services is ceased, we will notify you in form of prompt or announcement and delete or anonymize your personal information within reasonable time limit.
